Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your Kova purchase, we'll make it right. Return any item within 30 days of delivery — simply reach out and we'll take care of it.
Condition Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or use are not eligible for return.
How to start a return Email us at hello@bykova.co with your order number and we'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Damages & defective items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@bykova.co within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it immediately — no questions asked.
Exchanges As each order is fulfilled individually, we're unable to process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different colour, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item within our 30-day returns window.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@bykova.co.
Non-returnable items Personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
