What leather is used in Kova products? We work exclusively with genuine leather suppliers. Each product page specifies the exact leather type and grade — we don't carry faux or bonded leather.

How long does shipping take? All orders ship free within the US. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days from purchase. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Can I return my order? Yes — we offer 30-day returns on all non-personalised items. See our full returns policy for details.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to the United States only. Canada and international shipping is coming soon — join our list to be notified.

How do I care for my leather item? Keep leather away from direct sunlight and moisture. A small amount of leather conditioner applied occasionally will keep it supple and deepen the patina over time. Genuine leather improves with age — wear it well.
