Returns

30-day returns If you're not completely satisfied with your Kova purchase, we'll make it right. Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — simply reach out and we'll take care of it.

Condition Items must be returned in their original condition — unused and unaltered. Items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.

How to start a return Email us at hello@bykova.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with your return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges Want a different colour? We're happy to exchange. Email us and we'll sort it out quickly.

Note Personalised or custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective
